What's the most proven way to get out of your head?
I'll give you a hint:
It's not a spa treatment, or your favorite Netflix show. Not even laughing with friends, being in nature, or getting exercise. Although, these are great methods to incorporate into your daily self-care, none of them can hold a candle to number 1.
(I think you already know what I'm about to say, but I'll say it anyway.)
You've heard about the extensive research on the benefits of what this can do for you, right?
So why aren't you doing it already?
The promise of calm, balance and clear mental focus (without all of the mental turmoil).
You've at least been curious.
But maybe you just don’t know where to start.
Or wonder if it's too “woo" for you?
Maybe you tried it, but couldn’t sit still for that long.
Or found that you couldn't turn your thoughts off?
Maybe you didn’t know if you were doing it right so you gave up.
Whatever your reason...I'm here to help.
Hi, I'm Kay
Mindset Coach for Women
I have been meditating every day for the last 5 years...
Well, maybe not every day.
No one’s perfect. Especially not me.
And I can tell you, it is the days when I don't meditate that I notice the biggest difference, and not in a good way!
Frustrated, impatient, overwhelmed, and easily irritated.
On the days that I do...
I am much more patient with my family, and generally everyone I come in contact with.
Life feels easier. I can go with the flow with ease.
Rather than feeling stuck with heavy emotions.
(Bonus: I have trained my family to respect my meditation time. And it's easy, because it doesn't take too long and they like the version of me that they gain from it.)
Not only do I feel more present, balanced and calm most of the time.
But it has also transformed communication within my marriage, and my ability to trust the process of life. Knowing that whatever happens, at the end of the day "Everything is always working out for me." (my favorite mantra- borrowed from Oprah.)
I want this for you. Because it feels pretty amazing.
Right now, the world is heavy.
Really, really heavy.
My goal is to help you take the load off and breathe easier. Literally.
By taking time to meditate, your life (at the very least, your mood) will transform in front of your eyes.
Consider this my guarantee:
When you make time to meditate for just 10 minutes a day, your life will repay you.
I created a free resource to help you do exactly that...in just 10 minutes a day.
This free guide is ideal for any woman who is curious about mediation or has tried meditation before, but had trouble making it stick.
You've heard of all the benefits.
You know in your gut that it's worth it.
Now find out how to make it work for you.
In a way that doesn't feel scary or tedious.
You can download it here. I'll be with you every step of the way.
See you there, my friend.
And if you're still not completely sold on whether the benefits of using meditation to calm your mind are real, check out what this article from Forbes has to say about it.
"Oprah Winfrey claims that it makes her 1000% better. CNN Anchor Soledad O’Brien says that it’s life-changing. Jane Fonda said it’s one of her secrets to aging gracefully. Arianna Huffington says it played a huge part in her success. Jennifer Aniston said that it’s changed everything…
Oprah instituted meditation to help employees at her company. "People who used to have migraines, don’t. People are sleeping better. People have better relationships. People interact with other people better,” said Winfrey. It’s been fantastic."
See for yourself what they mean. Try the Busy Mom's Guide to Meditation.
And by the way...these women didn't just pick out a guided youtube video one day and decide to start meditating.
It was a process. One that, I have no doubt, they had a coach for. Teaching them, helping them make it sustainable for them. That's how they were able to make it stick.
That's exactly what I'm here to do for you.
Coach Kay, at your service.
Download your guide and let's get moving. I'll see you there.
